ITP over and 2nd semester is here. alot of them came back early like 1 week before sem starts. maybe due to FYP. talking bout FYP most of us are still FYP-less due to two reasons:
1. "Found Your Project?"
2. "Found Your Partner?"
some juz cant get the title they want, for example Jason and Bra. while some just cant get a partner like me =.= all the interesting titles require two or more students. to make thing worse, some lectures are on leaves until Thursday =.= FYP title due friday. the F~!

Otherwise this would all feel like a much bigger deal.
Hard to believe, I know, but she wasn’t the first choice for the role.

Or somesuch. My inside information only stretches so far.
Behind the tinted windows of the silver MPV,
there’s complimentary sugarless chewing-gum
and the bottled water is strictly carbonated.
I’ve been instructed to program the number of
today’s Close Protection Officer into my Nokia.
Just in case. Though it’s not really me that
Johnny Paparazzi is going to be interested in.
Afterall, tomorrow’s celebrity gossip pages are hardly
likely to lead with the headline; “How did a sweet girl
from Ladysmith in British Columbia, end up stepping-out
with the 1994 UK National Student Playwright of the year?”
Although, wouldn’t it be refreshingly
less jejune of them if they did?

I Lie Here In A Strange Girl’s Apartment (After Brautigan)
I lie here in a strange girl’s apartment, reading
a poem called ‘I Lie Here in a Strange Girl’s Apartment’,
written by an American man called Richard Gary Brautigan
who died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the year 1984.
And you have to realise that I didn’t plan it this way. Not at all.
I mean, you have to realise that this is a case of purest serendipity at play.
I simply opened the book (first published in New York City 41 years ago),
turned over the page, and there it was; 14 lines long
and printed on paper now slightly mottled with age.
Lying here in a strange girl’s apartment while she takes a shower,
I find myself listening to the sound of the running water, and imagining that
it’s the sound of the Pacific ocean that I can hear coming from the other room.
I imagine the black-green kelp. I imagine the seagulls shrieking overhead.

is dedicated to a woman called “Marcia”. But what I don’t know,
and probably never will, is whether or not this Marcia
is the same Marcia as the Marcia who Brautigan
dated for a time, and who turned out to be the last person
he ever spoke to (on the telephone), before pointing
a loaded .44 Magnum at his troubled and quixotic head.
That Marcia, so the story goes, tried calling back later,
but repeatedly got Brautigan’s answer-machine instead.
“Hello, as you can probably tell, I’m not here right now,
but you can leave a message for when I am here,
after the beep” are the words which Marcia heard.
Over, and over, and over again.

Tamil actress Navya Nair groped at in Mangalore
Recently Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu was groped at a Durga puja pandal in Mumbai. Now, South actress Navya Nair too was groped while she was attending a function in Mangalore.
Navya Nair is a popular actress from the South, who has acted in Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada movies.
Navya Nair was pinched in the waist by a man, when she was inaugurating a jewellery store in Mangalore. Evidently, security was not adequate for Navya.
Navya was too stunned by the incident and before she could react the man had already vanished from the scene.
South actress Sneha had also been groped in public recently.
Model and actress Maushmi Udeshi also had a harrowing experience with a male passenger while on a flight from Delhi to Mumbai.

Pakistan actress Meera - Bikini pics
Meera (real name Irtiza Rubab), is a movie actress from Sheikhupura, Pakistan. Meera has also done modeling. (Click to see larger images)
She has won the Best Actress award four times and currently has more than 60 movies to her credit.
Media reports state that Meera is married to a Pakistani trader Atiq ur Rehman, but Meera denies that. Atiq ur Rehman then provided photos and videos to the media to prove their marriage, among which are these photos shown here.
Meera acted in her first Bollywood movie 'Nazar' which was directed by Soni Razdan. This movie was the first joint production between India and Pakistan.

i went to Singapore on the 12 till 15 Oct with MMU IET student Chapter as part of the ILEAP program. we were accompanied by lecturer name Mr. Bryan Ng (Wong in chinese).
staying in the same room with a lecturer was fun. as a lecturer of course he knew much more than us as a student and also stuffs that we were not suppose to know? xD seriously we talked/shared alot during the 4 days in Singapore and im missing it =p dont think we can be that close when we meet each other in campus. hope there will be another trip with you sir ^^

Nokia has unveiled its latest mobile phone, the Nokia 7705 Twist. Nokia 7705 Twist is a sqaure shaped handset which swivels open to show a full QWERTY keypad.
Nokia 7705 Twist has features such as 2.4-inch, 262K TFT QVGA screen, 3 megapixel camera, video capture and playback, HTML browser, 2.5 mm headset jack, built-in mirror, support for various mail clients.
There is a large ring on right side called the 'Contact Light Ring', which flashes different colors depending on who is contacting the user.
