LINDSAY LOHAN is serving time for theft sunbathing on the roof terrace of her California beach flat. The actress, 24, was sentenced to four months' jail last month - but can serve it at home due to jail overcrowding.
A source said: "Lindsay is loving time to chill. She's been enjoying the weather and tanning. "She's caught up on reading, painting and is doing lots of cooking."
On Friday, the Mean Girls star tweeted: "Loving music on a sunny day!" She even hosted a slumber party. Lohan, who has an ankle tag, is set to serve 35 days of her term for stealing a £1,500 necklace
This is considered hard time for the celeb set.
