"My name is Aaron Pegram, I am an Australian military historian currently writing a doctoral thesis on the 3861 Australian soldiers taken prisoner by the German Army on the Western Front during the First World War. In 2008 I was in contact with Dr. Jacques Desbarbieux who kindly helped me in my research and published some of my preliminary findings at the site of Fort Mons-en-Barœul. In May 2011 I am going to Lille to visit the Fort. "
