Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is about to be just Ashlee Simpson again (girl better grab a new Twitter name too)... because she's filed for divorce from Pete Wentz after 2-and-a-half years of marriage.



THAT HAIRCUT WAS A SIGN.  Total red flag, girls fuck with their hair when they need a change.  I've done it, but usually just with color or bangs, not to that extreme...

According to TMZ, Ashlee's reason for wanting out is because of Pete's "erratic behavior" whatever that means.  Pete blames it on the fact that he's still super involved in his music career and she barely has one anymore.  However, People reports, "They've just grown apart. They've been growing apart for quite some time."  Such a lame excuse these days... WORK ON IT.  Grow back together.



While Pete wants joint custody of their son Bronx, 2, his soon-to-be-ex is going after primary custody.  Don't let this shit get as ugly as Halle and Gabriel please.

Wedding bells are aroud the corner for The Hot Chick star Ashlee Simpson. The Fall Out Boy frontman Pete Wentz is rumoured to have proposed after his Live Earth performance in New Jersey on July 7 and Ashlee Simpson promptly said ‘Yes’.A source is quoted as saying: “Ashlee wasn’t expecting it at all, it was a total surprise. Pete whipped out a big engagement ring, dropped down on one knee, and asked Ashlee to be his bride. Ashlee said yes right away.”
The couple are reportedly keeping their happy news quiet because Ashlee, 22, fears the intrusive media attention which dogged her elder sister Jessica’s failed marriage to Nick Lachey.
An insider added, “Ashlee and Pete are desperate to keep the engagement quiet for as long as they can so they can make wedding plans in peace. She definitely doesn’t want a big circus wedding like Jessica had when she married Nick. All she wants is a simple ceremony with her family, his family, and a handful of people.”

However, Ashlee’s representative has rubbished engagement rumours saying they are ‘absolutely not true’.
