Ok, how adorable is Selena Gomez’s dress and heels? So cute! Selena was spotted at the 2011 Disney Kids and Family Upfront event held at Gotham Hall in New York City on March 16, 2011. At the event a number of new details about the 2011-2012 season on the Disney Channel were revealed, including upcoming TV shows, movies and more!
