You cannot change employer unfortunately with just I-140 approved. You need to apply for I-485, be with the current employer for 180 days and then you are eligible

hi dhundhun,
this is not normal scenario; even many h1 dependent employers are providing timely paystubs like clockwork.
in visa stampings they do value bank statements with payroll deposit; so in worst case scenario they cud be used to explain ur case.
Also if ur company is mailing stubs to u via postal service, u can record the postal date on the covers and show that regularly ur receiving paystubs in a delayed fashion. The Lawyers are allowed to explain clearly in text during a RFE, they cud attach the bank statements and use this postal mark/actual pay date delays to explain ur situation.

First of all its a law so you need to do it. Secondly its not very difficult a very small form on USCIS website to fill and add your pending cases to it. Will not take more than 5 minutes so just do it. There is nothing to lose by filling it.

Take infopass appointment, speak to IO and go from there. at the worst case, you will have to reapply and sit tight for 90 days.
Somehow, the place where I live...Phoenix...USCIS does not offer Infopass appointments...any idea what to do then?

Keep checking every day or if possible atleast 4 times a day. They will release dates suddenly ( I don't know the rhyme or reason). One appointment for a family. You can add additional members right away. But once you pick a date, you CANNOT prepone or postpone. When you select the date of appointment, it will NOT ASK for CONFIRMATION; so please be sure of the date BEFORE HAND. Then you will proceed to type the 3 forms for each person going to the interview. For each person it takes atleast 20 min to fill the forms.
To take another date you have to cancel your appointment. Your typed forms are lost. When you take another appointment, you have to type all over again. You have to cancel 48 hours before your appointment time in IST, otherwise you cannot cancel.
Also check two more things:
1) Emergency appointments can be booked for non-medical reasons , that is for visa extension. But please check this.
2) You can prepone your date any number of times, but can postpone ONLY once. Check this if this is correct.
If you need more info, please PM me. I am from South but took an appointment in New Delhi, but had to cancel it.
I recently got my confirmation number from HDFC after paying $100 application fees. When I tried to take a date after filling out all the forms online on the vfs website,

but in this case the H1b stamp on my passport is still valid and not expired.
i am entering on nov 11th. stamp expires on december 1. why i am worried is just because the stamp is still of old employer whereas 797 is of new employer.
port of entry may ask me why didnt i get the stamp again when it is just expiring after 20 days ?? U know....

I was a big fan of PhotoSig when I discovered it about a year ago.. I loved to look through others photos and also share some to have critiqued.. Here's my old user page over there:

I haven't updated this in about a year. I'd love to see something like that over here.. I just haven't found the galleries as easy to look through as I did over there.. I actually quit going there when they changed the system and the overkill of nudes that were just distasteful.

Sorry, but the agenda is already set for legislative and administrative goals of IV. Greencards for spouses of greencard holders is a painful problem and we understand that but this site and this org is specifically created and funded for relief to employment based immigration.

That is a perfectly fine way to do it, though the added overhead of wrapping your image into a button is unnecessary because the MouseLeftButtonUp event on your image is very similar to the Click event on the button.
The end result is the same in either case - your users get something you can click on!
