i would think 'yes' and 'yes'. more ram will make everything work better, but i also saw a huge improvement moving to a better/faster video card.
ask zen about his card since he is still up and running everyday. i used a pc ATI 9800 and flashed it, then installed a super quiet arctic-cooling aftermarket rig, worked like magic on everything from desktop to 'eye candy' to internet.
you know, you're going to need to post pictures of this thing at some point, or it didn't happen... ;) best of luck.

I was using exaggerations too emphasise the opinion that I think there is a double standard here, if the OP was staying at a friend's house there is as much trouble he could get himself into there as there is at the GF's house, however his parents wouldn't think twice about letting him stay at his friends place would they?

thats an intense background and i really like the dock icons but how do you know which is which? and where did you get them?

The cost of this equipment will have to come down substantially before i even think about adopting it, i am not going to pay $50 for a disc and $1500 for burner, a quarter of that and i may be able to stomach it. I have encoded all my DVDs and put them on my mediagate player, when these become cheaper i can actually back them up:o

BTW, if you guys haven't read Marc Thiessen's Courting Disaster, pick it up. He explains that waterboarding was not used to get answers to questions or confessions, but rather to break their will and spirit and get them to agree to start cooperating.
The first big fish they got after 9/11, Abu Zubaida (also in a stellar takedown op), told his CIA interrogators that AQ were trained to resist only as long as they personally could and, once they had reached their personal breaking point, they were free to sing like canaries with a clear conscience. The reasoning behind this was that Allah would always be victorious, so they'd not be compromising the larger mission and would have done their religious duty by offering as much resistance as they could.
Once the CIA knew this, the enhanced interrogation techniques were personalized to let each detainee know that it would never stop until they agreed to cooperate and things would get better as soon as they did. KSM was the toughest one of the bunch and, when he reached his breaking point, he asked for a pad and paper and was willing to write down everything they needed.

Address Book syncing now works!!! I'm happy. 7.0.2 definitely is a lot nicer looking. Will have to play around with it some more today.

I just got iMsafe. It backs up to an iPod, Firewire drive etc and it has been excellent. It just seems really good. Looks nice, dead simple, works well. And that's it.

People make mistakes all the time. Its very easy to misread, and the bulk of the listing is set up to make you think you are getting an iPhone.
There is only one purpose to this auction....to defraud. I am 100% confident that the buyer will not have to complete the purchase. 100%!
Now, as to action against the seller....in my experience with eBay...none will be taken.

Agreed. This doesn't sound correct. I have a corporate discount and added the feature. I still have the discount.
When this initially was announced and after holding for a long time while the rep checked, ATT told me verbally that the dicounted $29.95/450 min plan would go to regular $39.95 regular price if I wanted the unlimited mobile to mobile with unlimited texting but it in fact wasn't the case. I was able to do it online. The first day or so of the promotion the site was giving me an error whenI tried to make the change but I was able to do it on day 2 or 3. I verified earlier today that my discount rate was still in tact and I had the unLim Mob to Mob.
