Lindsay Lohan in court again

Lindsay Lohan went to her favorite hangout again today, court, where the judge told her, "I don't give a Fuhhh who you is, yo ass is going to jail."  Or something like that but more honorable sounding.

TMZ explains that if LiLo takes a plea deal in her necklace jacking case, it's an automatic admission of guilt which then turns into violating her probation and that equals jail time.



The D.A. has suggested that Lindsay deserves significant time behind bars for thieving an overpriced looking chain, but hasn't said how much will be offered in a plea deal.  So would that be extra jail time on top of the probation violation jail time??  I'm so not Legally Blonde.  But here's what I do know (cuz I read it)... that if the plea deal is denied, she'll go to trial and if found guilty she could get one year in state prison.



Girl has gotta make up her mind and find a new outfit to wear at her next hearing on March 10.
