TMZ reports the Disney star is in a treatment center to seek medical help for "emotional and physical issues"... whatever that vague statement means. The 18-year-old also quit her international tour with the Jonas Brothers in order to do this. Yeah, working with your ex-boyfriend is not going to make shit easier that's for sure.
Apparently, Demi has been dealing with some personal problems for quite some time and realized she needs help. Her rep says she's, "taking responsibility for her actions." Those "actions" are rumored to be a catfight she recently got into with a female staff member of her tour.
This sounds really sad. A star dealing with fame from a young age and getting fucked in the head because of it... Yeah, it's all too familiar. I'm glad she's getting help before it's too late. Hey wait-- wasn't she on Barney back in the day? Did that purple pedophile do something to her?!
