Everybody is judging Miley Cyrus today for a video that TMZ got a hold of which shows the 18-year-old taking a few hits from a bong, tripping out, and then laughing like she's been smoking for 52 years.  But that's just her voice, so it's not her fault.

This story would have been a lot more interesting if Miles was getting high off marijuana but no, it's actually salvia (not to be confused with saliva) she's doing which is a natural herb and totally legal in Cali.  She's just being earthy!

The dumbest part though is that Miley actually let somebody video her doing this... Get new friends girl!  Actually wait-- she so badly wants to be a grown up, she's probably stoked that the vid was leaked.  But you know who's not?  Billy Ray.  He tweeted today, "Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. Im so sad. There is much beyond my control right now."



Yes he's sooo sad and helpless, but he would never dare tell Miley what or what not to do... cuz then she'd cut him off!
