According to TMZ, Lindsay will be in court for an arraignment at 1:30PM, followed by getting her 5th mugshot taken, then released after bail is posted.
If LiLo is convicted of this shit, she could be sent to California state prison which I guess is much more h-core than regular jail. The reason being because it would be considered that she has violated her probation... And in those scary ass prisons, they don't let you out early for overcrowding, only on good behavior.
People reports the actress maintains her innocence as a source explains, "Lindsay's used to getting gifted items that are worth way more than that. And why would she steal a necklace? She has tons of jewelry and doesn't need any more."
