Jasmine Villegas is the latest victim of delusional and jealous Justin Bieber fans after she was photographed making out with the teen pop star in the back of a Honda.  NOOO!!  Not a Honda!

TMZ reports 16-year-old Jasmine, a singer herself, is the star of his "Baby" video and just happens to be his opening act on tour.
