E! News reports the socialite has been offered a plea deal in her cocaine bust last month. If she agrees to plead guilty to two misdemeanors (one drug count and one for lying to a police officer), she won't be given the harsher felony sentencing... 1-4 years in jail and a $5,000 fine.
Paris would be an idiot not to take the deal, unless she's stupid enough to think the "I thought it was gum" defense is going to fly.
