Did someone breed a giraffe with a Pekingese?

Is that a piece of Lady Gaga's meat dress in Puggy's mouth?  Nope... it's only his tongue.



This Pekingese from Texas now holds the Guinness World Record for having the longest dog tongue in the world.  At 4.5 inches, it's almost as big as him...  Please tell me it's done growing.
