TMZ reports two days after announcing their separation, Christina Aguilera has filed for divorce from Jordan Bratman. And yes, they have a prenup. All the money the singer earned before, during, and after their marriage is to be considered hers and hers only. Plus, she's requesting her ex will not be entitled to spousal support.
All this comes after rumors of X-Tina cheating on her husb. Harsh. You gonna cheat on him then leave him with nothing?? Well, not NOTHING... they're seeking joint custody of their 2-year-old son Max. Jordan better teach little Max how to stuff his diapers with money bags before visiting daddy...
