Victoria Beckham Looking for $40m House

Just two weeks after shifting to the US, Victoria Beckham is looking to move - to a new house.
Posh spent months viewing homes in Los Angeles before settling on a six-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills.
Though at 10 million pounds, the new Beckingham Palace didn't come cheap, Posh is reportedly not happy with the place, and is looking to lay her hands on a pad on the stretch of seaside in Malibu, known to locals as Billionaire's Beach.
And, if she finds her dream home, Posh and hubby David Beckham could be making as much as a 40 million pound hole in their bank account.
The 33-year-old is said to have already begun talking to a leading Hollywood estate agent.
As for why Posh wants to move so fast, well it seems that the reason has something to do with establishing herself as 'a top Hollywood celebrity'
"Victoria wants to do everything possible to establish herself as a top Hollywood celebrity," the Daily Mail quoted a source, as saying.
"It is tremendously important to her that she competes with the mega-rich crowd. She hasn't decided whether she wants to sell the home she currently lives in yet, though," the source added.
And, it seems that hubby Becks isn't too adverse to the idea either, for e's looking forward to taking a dip in the ocean whenever he wants.
If the couple do find a pad on 'Billionaire's Beach', then they will count the likes of their pals Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher as neighbours, as well as Britney Spears, Jennifer Aniston, Robert De Niro, Robert Redford and Halle Berry.

Tom Cruise and wife Katie Holmes so loved pals David and Victoria Beckham's raunchy spread in 'W' magazine, that they are reportedly planning to follow in their footsteps.
A pal of the celeb couple revealed to Australia's 'New Weekly' magazine that Tom and Katie are planning to take their clothes off for a naked photo shoot.
"They have already started planning some of the photos," the Daily Mail quoted the pal, as telling the mag.
If the reports are true, then fans will get to see TomKat in the shower, for that's one idea that has really appealed to them.
"One suggestion they were keen on was a shot of them posing together in the shower, dripping wet and covered by nothing but steam," the pal added.
Cruise, Holmes and their daughter Suri are currently in Germany where the actor is filming his World War II film 'Valkyrie'.
The film is about Claus Schenk Graf Von Stauffenberg who led the Operation Valkyrie assassination plot that tried to kill Adolf Hitler in 1944.
