Sweet tassels
Dear Katherine Heigl, you are not a cowgirl. A real cowgirl would rather tie a rope around her own neck than dare with this look. A stripper cowgirl wouldn't wear this outfit even if she was planning to take it off 3 seconds later. Even Halloween is confused... Are you half cowboy half pirate?
