Charlie takes Brooke to court

After that little crack attack last week, Brooke Mueller decided to check herself back into rehab. This was the motivation for Charlie Sheen to go for full custody of their twin sons. However, the judge denied him today.

TMZ reports the custody agreement will stay the same for the time being. He probably knows that Brooke is on drugs but somehow, Charlie is still a worse parent. You know what that means, living with Grandma!



Brooke's mom will probably end up raising these kids... SAD.
