Watch as the host of Australia's Next Top Model announces the wrong name as the winner of the competition live on television... followed by letting the poor girl believe she won for about a minute while she thanks everybody before the host goes "whoopsie!"
The Huffington Post reports because of the mix-up, Kelsey will be sent to New York City and receive a $25,000 "please don't sue us for humiliation" prize.
