Less than 14 hours after she checked into jail on Friday, the actress's lawyer won an appeal and LiLo got to post $300,000 bail. But she's not completely free... she once again has to wear that pesky bracelet that rats on her anytime she takes a drink of the good stuff, AND she's not allowed to hang out in establishments where alcohol is sold either.
Plus People is reporting Lindsay is planning to enter back into rehab for the... fifth time?? Is there some sort of frequent flyer program for rehab? She should look into that. But before that, she put on her "I'm a good girl" act and volunteered at a homeless shelter on Sunday. Yeah, we ALL know what you're doing genius. The judge isn't gonna fall for it FYI...
Oh and ALSO over the weekend, News Of The World published pictures from 2007 of Linds with a syringe believed to be filled with heroin. Oh gawdd. But even worse, there's also a picture of her full-frontal hugging Paris Hilton. EWWW.
