RadarOnline reports the judge set a formal probation violation hearing (for failing two drug tests) on October 22, and the actress will remain behind bars until then. Maybe she'll take this shit seriously now... but probably not. At the next hearing, the judge could either send her back to jail, send her to rehab, or release her for time served. I say anything but the third option!
The funniest part of this whole thing was TMZ's video of Lindsay on her way into court. One random reporter can be heard shouting, "Lindsay! You look great! You don't look high at all! Follow me on Twitter!" HAHA. I wish that guy was at every celebrity's court date...
