US Weekly reports the judge on the LiLo's case has sentenced the actress to more time in rehab (where she's already been since late September), instead of straight back to jail.
The district attorney was recommending Lindsay serve 180 days behind bars for her recent failed drug test, but the judge thought it was a better idea to keep her drug addicted ass at the Betty Ford Center until January 3, 2011.
But there's a catch-- there always is. Lindsay will still be randomly tested for drugs and alcohol (although the alcohol monitoring bracelet will be removed). If she fails again, no more chances... the girl will be posing for her fifth mugshot. She must also continue to work with her doctors and counselors. No slacking!
If by some miracle Lindsay can make it through and stay clean until her next hearing on February 25, 2011, the judge said, "I will convert you to unsupervised probation and you will be able to move on with your life, put the episode, this long episode behind you."
TMZ reports he also said, "You are an addict. I hope you understand that. I don't want another train wreck." I like him!
