Todateen magazine in Brazil is denying (via the Huffington Post) that they photoshopped the 16-year-old pop singer's face to make it look like he is wearing eye makeup and lipstick. They're calling him "naturally beautiful" and say they would never fuck with his flawless features.
UNLESS-- J-Biebz is just being a rockstar and wearing eyeliner like Keith Richards, Dave Navarro, Adam Lambert, and many other guys. Or maybe this is his way of promoting his upcoming makeup line? He already has a nail polish line... why stop there?
